ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈໍາປາສັກ ຈັດກອງປະຊຸມເຜີຍແຜ່ຜົນສໍາເລັດຂອງກອງປະຊຸມທົ່ວໄປຄັ້ງທີ 4 ຂອງໂຄງການ REAL (GM4)
ໃນວັນທີ 5 ພຶດສະພາ 2026 ທີ່່ຜ່ານມາ, ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈໍາປາສັກ ໄດ້ຈັດ 2 ກອງປະຊຸມເພື່ອນໍາສະເໜີເຜີຍເເຜ່ຜົນການດໍາເນີນງານຈາກກອງປະຊຸມທົ່ວໄປຄັ້ງທີ 4 (GM4) ຂອງໂຄງການ REAL, ໂດຍມີ ທ່ານ ປອ ນ. ພອນສະຫວັນ ເທບພະສຸລິທອນ ຜູ້ອໍານວຍການມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈໍາປາສັກ ເປັນປະທານ. ມີຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມທັງໝົດ 51 ທ່ານ ປະກອບມີ ຫົວໜ້າຫ້ອງການຄຸ້ມຄອງວິຊາການ, ຫົວໜ້າຄະນະວິຊາ, ຮອງຫົວໜ້າຄະນະວິຊາ, ຫົວໜ້າພາກວິຊາ, ຄູ-ອາຈານ ເເລະ ນັກສຶກສາ, ພ້ອມດ້ວຍ ທີມງານໂຄງການ REAL ຈໍານວນ 13 ທ່ານ. ພາກວິຊາທີ່ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມປະກອບມີ ພາກວິຊາເສດຖະສາດ (ຄະນະເສດຖະສາດ ແລະ ການຄຸ້ມຄອງ), ພາກວິຊາຟີຊິກສາດ (ຄະນະວິທະຍາສາດທໍາມະຊາດ), ພາກວິຊາລັດຖະສາດ (ຄະນະນິຕິສາດ ເເລະ ລັດຖະສາດ) ແລະ ພາກວິຊາວິສະວະກໍາໄຟຟ້າ (ຄະນະວິສະວະກໍາ).
ກອງປະຊຸມຄາບເຊົ້າ ພາຍໃຕ້ຫົວຂໍ້ “ການສ້າງພື້ນຖານການປະຕິຮູບໂຄງສ້າງ” ໄດ້ນໍາສະເໜີຜົນສໍາເລັດສໍາຄັນຈາກກອງປະຊຸມ GM4 ແລະ ມີການສົນທະນາເເລກປ່ຽນກ່ຽວກັບການລົງຝຶກງານ ເຊັ່ນ: ການກຽມພ້ອມນັກສຶກສາ, ຄວາມສອດຄ່ອງກັບຫຼັກສູດ, ການໃຫ້ຄໍາປຶກສານັກສຶກສາ ແລະ ການປະເມີນຜົນການລົງຝຶກງານ, ພ້ອມທັງແບ່ງປັນປະສົບການທີ່ສໍາເລັດຂອງການຝຶກງານ ຊຶ່ງສະທ້ອນໃຫ້ເຫັນການຮ່ວມມືທີ່ດີລະຫວ່າງ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ–ພາກສ່ວນອຸດສາຫະກໍາ ເເລະ ສັງຄົມ.
ກອງປະຊຸມຄາບບ່າຍ ພາຍໃຕ້ຫົວຂໍ້ “ການນໍາໃຊ້ຜົນການຮຽນຮູ້ເພື່ອຮັບປະກັນຄວາມສອດຄ່ອງ” ໄດ້ເນັ້ນໃສ່ບົດບາດຂອງຜົນການຮຽນຮູ້ໃນການພັດທະນາຫຼັກສູດ ແລະ ການປະກັນຄຸນນະພາບພາຍໃນ ໂດຍມີກິດຈະກໍາກຸ່ມເພື່ອທົບທວນ, ຂຽນ ເເລະ ປັບປຸງຜົນການຮຽນຮູ້ກ່ອນຈະນໍາສະເໜີ ແລະ ແລກປ່ຽນຄວາມຄິດເຫັນກັບທີມງານໂຄງການ.
ກອງປະຊຸມໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ໄດ້ຊ່ວຍເສີມສ້າງຂີດຄວາມສາມາດຂອງຄູ-ອາຈານ ແລະ ພະນັກງານວິຊາການຂອງມະຫາວິທະ ຍາໄລ ຈໍາປາສັກ ໃນການປັບປງຸຫຼັກສູດທີ່ເນັ້ນໃສ່ຜົນໄດ້ຮັບການຮຽນເປັນຫຼັກ (OBE) ແລະ ການຮັບປະກັນຄຸນນະພາບພາຍໃນ (IQA) ຢ່າງມີປະສິດທິຜົນ ເພື່ອສົ່ງເສີມການປະຕິຮູບການສຶກສາຊັ້ນສູງໃນ ສປປ ລາວ ພາຍໃຕ້ໂຄງການ REAL.
Champasack University Organizes Dissemination Meetings on the REAL Project (GM4)
On 5 May 2026, Champasack University organized two dissemination meetings to share the outcomes of the 4th General Meeting (GM4) of the REAL Project. The meetings were chaired by Dr. Phonesavanh Thepphasoulithone, Rector of the University. A total of 51 participants attended, including the Head of the Academic Affairs Office, deans, vice deans, heads of departments, lecturers, students, and 13 members of the REAL Project team. Participating departments included Economics (Faculty of Economics and Management), Physics (Faculty of Natural Sciences), Political Science (Faculty of Law and Political Science), and Electrical Engineering (Faculty of Engineering).
The morning session, under the theme “Building Up Structural Reform,” presented key achievements from GM4 and included discussions on student internships, focusing on preparation, alignment with academic programs, supervision, and assessment. Participants also shared experiences highlighting collaboration between universities, industry, and society.
The afternoon session, “Using Learning Outcomes to Ensure Feasibility,” focused on the role of learning outcomes in curriculum development and quality assurance. Participants engaged in group work to review and improve sample learning outcomes, followed by presentations and discussion.
The meetings strengthened the capacity of academic staff in implementing Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), contributing to higher education reform in Lao PDR under the REAL Project.
