ວັນທີ 31 ສິງຫາ – 2 ກັນຍາ 2026 — ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລຈຳປາສັກ ໄດ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ ກອງປະຊຸມທົ່ວໄປຄັ້ງທີ 5 (GM5) ຂອງໂຄງການ REAL ໂດຍມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດລາວ (ມຊ) ເປັນເຈົ້າພາບ ແລະ ຈັດຂຶ້ນທີ່ ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ.
ການເຂົ້າຮ່ວມໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ ນຳໂດຍ ທ່ານ ນາງ ປອ ພອນສະຫວັນ ເທບພະສຸລິທອນ, ຜູ້ອໍານວຍການ, ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລຈຳປາສັກ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍ ຜູ້ປະສານໂຄງການ ເເລະ ສະມາຊິກ ທີມງານໂຄງການ REAL (RPT), ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ຮ່ວມແລກປ່ຽນຄວາມຄິດເຫັນ, ສະຫຼຸບບົດຮຽນ ແລະ ກຳນົດແຜນວຽກງານສຳລັບໄລຍະຕໍ່ໄປ.
ກອງປະຊຸມໄດ້ສຸມໃສ່ຫຼາຍປະເດັນສຳຄັນ ເຊັ່ນ: ຜົນການຮຽນຮູ້, ການປະເມີນຜົນການຮຽນລາຍວິຊາ (CLOs), ການເຊື່ອມໂຍງຜົນການຮຽນລາຍວິຊາ (CLOs) ກັບຜົນການຮຽນຂອງຫຼັກສູດ (PLOs), ການປະເມີນຈໍານວນຊົ່ວໂມງການຮຽນຂອງນັກສຶກສາ, ການຮຽນແບບເນັ້ນຜູ້ຮຽນເປັນຫຼັກ (Active Learning) ແລະ ຍຸດທະວິທີໃນການຮຽນຂອງນັກຮຽນ. ໂດຍສະເພາະ, ກອງປະຊຸມໄດ້ສົນທະນາ ເເລະ ເເລກປ່ຽນຜົນການປຶກສາຫາລື ເເລະ ສໍາຫຼວດເເນວຄວາມຄິດເຫັນຂອງນາຍຈ້າງ, ຄູ-ອາຈານ, ນັກສຶກສາ ເເລະ ຜູ້ປົກຄອງກ່ຽວກັບການສ້າງຄຸນຄ່າເພີ່ມໃຫ້ການສຶກສາຊັ້ນສູງ.
ສຳລັບ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈຳປາສັກ, ທີມງານໂຄງການ REAL ໄດ້ຮ່ວມທົບທວນຄວາມຄືບໜ້າຂອງວຽກງານ, ກຳນົດໜ້າວຽກ ແລະ ແຜນການດຳເນີນງານໃນໄລຍະຕໍ່ໄປ. ການເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ GM5 ຂອງ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລຈຳປາສັກ ສະແດງເຖິງຄວາມມຸ່ງໝັ້ນຂອງ ມຈ ໃນການ ຍົກສູງລະບົບປະກັນຄຸນນະພາບພາຍໃນ, ສົ່ງເສີມການຈັດການຮຽນການສອນແບບອີງໃສ່ຜົນລັບການຮຽນຮູ້ (Outcomes-Based Education) ແລະ ມີສ່ວນຮ່ວມໃນການປະຕິຮູບການສຶກສາຊັ້ນສູງຂອງ ສປປ ລາວ.
The Rector of Champasack University and Lecturers Attends the 5th General Meeting of the REAL Project.

August 31 – September 2, 2026 — Champasack University participated in the 5th General Meeting (GM5) of the REAL Project, hosted by the National University of Laos (NUOL) in Vientiane.
The delegation was led by Dr. Phonesavanh Thepphasoulithone, Rector of Champasack University, alongside the project coordinator and members of the REAL Project Team (RPT). The team actively exchanged perspectives, summarized lessons learned, and outlined the work plan for the next phase.
The meeting focused on several key issues, such as learning outcomes, course learning outcomes (CLOs) assessment, the alignment of CLOs with program learning outcomes (PLOs), the estimation of student workload hours, active learning, and student learning strategies. In particular, participants discussed and shared the findings of consultations and surveys reflecting the views of employers, academic staff, students, and parents regarding how best to articulate the added value of Higher Education.
For Champasack University, the REAL Project Team jointly reviewed work progress, identified tasks, and established operational plans for the upcoming period. Champasack University's participation in GM5 demonstrates its commitment to enhancing its internal quality assurance system, promoting Outcomes-Based Education (OBE), and contributing to higher education reform in the Lao PDR.
